Purchases
All goods purchased from this site must be paid for by credit/debit cards issued by a UK bank.
We may not be able to accept your order or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:
· Authorisation of your payment failed
· We made a pricing or product description error
· A product has been discontinued
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order please contact us on info@bookagift.co.uk and quote your reference number, name, address and details of the item(s) you wish to cancel.
You can cancel your order anytime before it is despatched; orders are normally processed the day an order is placed and despatch is usually the day after. We will endeavour to do all we can to stop an order leaving our warehouse in the event you wish to cancel the order. However, if an order has already left, return it to us when you receive it.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or ask for a full refund within 28 days of receiving the goods as long as the goods are in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not refund postage charges.
Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot refund or arrange to exchange goods not received by us.

We have tried our best to describe all items accurately but occasionally slight variations may occur. Please note colours cannot be accurately reproduced in advertisements and all sizes quoted are approximate.

All items include VAT at the current rate
Should the current rate change, any orders not paid for will be re-calculated at the revised rate.
